2025 Christmas & New Year - Opening Hours

Our Christmas and New Years Opening Hours are as follows:

Sales Team:

Our Sales Office is closed from 19th December 2025 until 1pm on 5th January 2026.

Customer Services:

Our Customer Services Team will be unavailable between 24th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. Normal Service will resume on 2nd January 2026 at 9am.

Accounts and Billing

Our Account and Billing Team will be unavailable between 24th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. Normal Service will resume on 2nd January 2026 at 9am.

Technical Support

For customers without a Pre-Paid, Business Support Essentials or Committed IT Support Plan: Support will be closed from 24th December 2025 until 5th January 2026.

For customers with a Pre-Paid or Business Support Plan: Support is closed from 24th December 2025. Limited Support available between 9am and 12pm on 29th, 30th and 31st of December, and 2nd January 2026. Normal Support resumes on 5th Janaury 2026. 

For customers with a Committed IT Support Plan but not 'Business Critical Support' cover that have already registered, normal support will stop at 5pm on 23rd December 2025 until 29th December. Normal support is available between 9am and 12pm on 29th December, 30th December, 31st December and 2nd January. Normal Support then resumes on 5th January 2026. 

For customers with a Committed IT Support Plan and 'Business Critical Support' cover that have already registered, normal support will stop at 5pm on 23rd December 2025 until 29th December. Normal support is available between 9am and 12pm on 29th December, 30th December, 31st December and 2nd January. Normal Support then resumes on 5th January 2026. Outside of these times you should use the Business Critical IT Support Cover details applicable to your account.
